Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM ET ship the next business day. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (United States)

• Free Economy shipping on orders of $50 or more

• Economy: $4.90 for orders up to 5 lb, $19.90 for 5–70 lb (estimated 5–8 business days)

• Standard: $6.90 up to 1 lb, $9.90 for 1–5 lb (estimated 3–5 business days)

• Express: $17.89 (estimated 1–2 business days)

Delivery times are estimates after the order ships and are not guaranteed.

International shipping: We ship to select countries using USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.

Online orders only: We do not offer local pickup.

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged or shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mobilekeyless@gmail.com or (631) 464-2802 with your order number.
